Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aura Edit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help.  

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.   Request made after 14 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or  exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, please ensure that: 

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

Please note that any items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event cannot be returned. refunded, or exchanged.

4. Return Shipping & Fees 

  Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping cost

 for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refunds process

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify     you that we have received it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   

 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied   to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
